Racing will be under British Cycling Rules, 2009/2010 Licences required or day licences can be purchased. Points earned in the league will be allocated to 2010 licence.
The E/1/2/3/4 League races will be a handicapped. This will enable all categories of riders to achieve BC points. The handicap system will split the BC Category riders on a time basis, sending off the 4th cat first etc. Women will move down one licence category.
The E/1/2 National B races, for both Men and Women, were poorly supported for the earlier races of the 2009 series, with sometimes fewer than ten riding. Therefore, we will delay the starting date of National B races until 30th January 2010, and then, organise an additional E/1/2 race for each of the last 4 weeks, outside the League. No registration fee.
After 30th January, each E/1/2 rider (male and female) can elect to continue to ride in the League and/or in the National B E/1/2 races.
League Commences 5th December 2009 until 20th February 2010.

£10 registration fee to the League is payable with first ride. This fee will be allocated to the prize pot for distribution at the end of the League.
